Nanyang New Development Limited (formerly Matex International Limited) is a Singapore Exchange–listed company with over 30 years of experience in the fine chemicals industry. In 1993, the company partnered with two collaborators to make an early investment in Shanghai Matex Chemicals Co., Ltd., located in Pudong, Shanghai (60% owned by NYND). Through this investment, it successfully introduced and localized internationally advanced Type-B bifunctional reactive dye technology, laying a strong foundation for the modernization of China’s textile printing and dyeing industry. 

Boasting international authoritative certifications such as Oeko-Tex, ZDHC and ISO, the company will deepen its global deployment under the Matex brand in 2026. We continuously develop eco-friendly, high-efficiency and energy-saving products, partnering with global customers to forge a new green Silk Road for the printing and dyeing industry and embrace sustainable development hand in hand.
